Magic nails from Interplay

Interplay have a great range of science kits that are not only fun but also educational. My kids always have their eye on one of the various kits and appear regularly on Christmas and birthday lists. If like me you have a daughter who loves painting her nails but you don't want nail varnish everywhere then this is a great set to go for. Its much more than a set of children's nail polishes. You can use pigments and bases to create your own formulas and use the colour changing and glow in the dark stickers to decorate and create your own nail designs.
Learning how to prepare and manicure nails is something my daughter needs to do as she always bites hers so this set has another good use, I have used it to encourage her to grow her nails and make them look pretty.

Ok the one question you are bound to ask is can it be washed off easily?  Yes, it washes off easily with soap and water. This set is suitable for ages 10 and above and although big M is 10 I would have happily let her use it a little younger as a personal decision that I think she would have been sensible enough to use it correctly. I think this has given her some freedom because she can use the set at her leisure without worrying about it being there for school the next day.
I recommend this set to anyone who is looking for a gift that is girly but educational too.
You can buy it for around £12.99 and if you would like anymore info you can find it on the Interplay website
